The end of the year was marked by progress with respect to the further easing of the Gaza blockade, the completion of the annual olive harvest with fewer trees vandalized by Israeli settlers, and the approval of a number of infrastructure projects in Area C of the West Bank. However, these developments did not significantly affect the main drivers of vulnerability across the occupied Palestinian territory (OPT).
