There were health and education strikes in the Gaza and the West Bank. In Gaza, 50% decline in imports. Over 3,300 Gazans cross Rafah, 1,000 returned by Egypt. A Palestinian woman was stabbed to death by members of her family in Gaza. Twelve demonstrators were injured by rubber-coated metal bullets in anti-Barrier demonstrations. For the third consecutive week, there was a decrease in the number of flying checkpoints.
