Four Palestinians, including a 17 year-old boy, were killed by the IDF during incidents along the border fence in the Gaza Strip. 22 homemade rockets were fired towards southern Israel, at least three of which landed in Palestinian areas. In three separate incidents, IDF vessels opened fire in the direction of Palestinian fishing boats west of Rafah and Al Nuseirat Camp. Access of Palestinians to the Jordan Valley improved dramatically.
