This indicator reflects cumulative people reached, carried forward as the sector total for the reporting month. The table shows top-level activity results for the selected month; its rows do not count all Education logframe activities and should be read separately from the cumulative sector total.

This indicator reflects the cumulative number of people reached, carried forward as the sector total for the reporting month. This approach is used because most assistance in this sector is one-off, seasonal, or distribution-based: people reached are retained in the cumulative figure and are not counted again unless a new distribution cycle or distinct assistance package is reported.

This indicator reflects those reached with some form of assistance and should therefore not be interpreted as if their full needs have been met.

Different service-use patterns in Gaza and the West Bank require different methods to calculate this indicator. Component figures use MAX-first aggregation,with SUM applied only where caseloads, population groups or geographic areas are clearly distinct and overlap risk can reasonably be excluded.

The Cash Working Group reports unique figures based on data extracted from partners’ internal programme databases. Monthly figures represent only individuals who received cash or voucher assistance during the month, while cumulative figures represent the running total of unique individuals assisted, rather than a sum of monthly figures. This distinction is important because cash assistance may not be provided to the same people every month. A household or individual may receive assistance in one month but not in another.

This indicator reflects the cumulative number of people reached, carried forward as the sector total for the reporting month. No overlap deduction is applied, as activities are structured around defined groups of people, including children, pregnant and breastfeeding women, and caregivers, and service pathways covering prevention, screening, referral, and treatment.

This indicator uses conservative de-duplication across child protection, gender-based violence response, Legal Task Force services, housing, land and property assistance, mine action, and general protection. Component figures use MAX-first aggregation to reduce the risk of double counting. Figures are summed only where caseloads, population groups, or geographic areas are clearly distinct and overlap can reasonably be excluded.

This indicator applies to Gaza only and is reported as a non-cumulative monthly snapshot under the 2026 Flash Appeal framework. It is calculated using MAX logic across activities.

This indicator is cumulative. Because activities are reported at different frequencies, totals may not be directly comparable or additive across reporting periods unless confirmed as covering distinct beneficiaries. Non-cumulative monthly reporting covers drinking water, domestic water, and solid waste collection; non-cumulative quarterly reporting covers hygiene item distributions; and cumulative monthly reporting covers sanitation, community engagement, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) in health-care facilities, and WASH in humanitarian service delivery points.
