Two Palestinian civilians were killed and 66 others were injured in the West Bank by Israeli forces. Demolitions in East Jerusalem continue: 22 people displaced or otherwise affected. Fuel and electricity shortages in Gaza Strip severely disrupt the provision of basic services including health, water and sanitation; power outages up to 16 hours per day.
