This week, two Palestinians were killed, including a 15 year-old boy (Ramallah), and another 12 were injured throughout the OPT. As new school year began, thousands of students affected by a shortage of classrooms in East Jerusalem and the West Bank, while access to schools in Gaza was impeded by a combined problem of lack of building materials to reconstruct and repair damaged schools and a shortage of educational materials.
