One Palestinian man and two Israeli soldiers (one off-duty) were killed in the West Bank and over 50 Palestinians injured. Israeli forces prevented the provision of shelter-related humanitarian assistance to residents who were displaced last week. Other aid was allowed.. Israel allowed increased amounts of construction materials into the Gaza Strip. The Rafah Crossing closed again on 20 September until further notice.
