Israeli forces killed two Palestinians in Gaza and injured another 18 throughout the West Bank. In the West Bank, Palestinians injure a settler. Settlers vandalized around 60 Palestinian olive trees. Access to East Jerusalem for Friday Ramadan prayers remains restricted. In Gaza, movement through Rafah remains limited. Electricity blackouts persist. No exports left Gaza despite the Israeli announcement to ease restrictions on exports in the beginning of Ramadan.
