oPt Humanitarian Fund (oPt HF) – Monthly Update

During February 2024, the occupied Palestinian territory Humanitarian Fund (oPt HF) had a total of 122 ongoing projects, for a total of US$ 74.5 million, addressing urgent needs in the Gaza Strip (83 per cent) and West Bank (17 per cent). Projects focus on the areas of Education, Food Security, Health, Protection, Emergency Shelter & NFI, WASH, Coordina- tion and Support Services, Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance and Nutrition. Of these, 77 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 29 projects by national NGOs and 16 projects by UN agencies. Of the 93 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 52 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.

During January 2024, the occupied Palestinian territory Humanitarian Fund (oPt HF) had a total of 122 ongoing projects, for a total of US$ 69.2 million, addressing urgent needs in the Gaza Strip (80 per cent) and West Bank (20 per cent). Projects focus on the areas of Education, Food Security, Health, Protection, Emergency Shelter & NFI, WASH, Coordina- tion and Support Services, Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance and Nutrition. Of these, 81 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 30 projects by national NGOs and 11 projects by UN agencies. Of the 92 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 51 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.

During December 2023, the occupied Palestinian territory Humanitarian Fund (oPt HF) had a total of 85 ongoing projects, for a total of US$ 35.3 million, addressing urgent needs in the Gaza Strip (61 per cent) and West Bank (39 per cent). Projects focus on the areas of Education, Food Security, Health, Protection, Emergency Shelter & NFI, WASH, Coordination and Support Services and Multi-Pur- pose Cash Assistance. Of these, 52 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 29 projects by national NGOs and four projects by UN agencies. Of the 56 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 33 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.

During November 2023, the occupied Palestinian territory Humanitarian Fund (oPt HF) had a total of 79 ongoing projects, for a total of US$ 33.2 million, addressing urgent needs in the Gaza Strip (64 per cent) and West Bank (36 per cent). Projects focus on the areas of Education, Food Security, Health, Protection, Emergency Shelter & NFI, WASH, Coordination and Support Services and Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance. Of these, 48 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 27 projects by national NGOs and four projects by UN agencies. Of the 52 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 31 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.

Projects focus on the areas of Education, Food Security, Health, Protection, Emergency Shelter & NFI, WASH, Coordination and Support Services and Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance. Of these, 41 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 28 projects by national NGOs and four projects by UN agencies. Of the 45 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 29 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.

Projects focus on the areas of Education, Food Security, Health, Protec- tion, Emergency Shelter & NFI, WASH, Coordination and Support Services, and Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance. Of these, 39 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 20 projects by national NGOs and four projects by UN agencies. Of the 43 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 31 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.

During August 2023, the occupied Palestinian territory Humanitarian Fund (oPt HF) had a total of 70 ongoing projects, for a total of US$ 27.7 million, addressing urgent needs in the Gaza Strip (54 per cent) and West Bank (46 per cent). Projects focus on the areas of Education, Food Security, Health, Protection, Emergency Shelter & NFI, WASH, Coordination and Support Services, and Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance. Of these, 42 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 24 projects by national NGOs and four projects by UN agencies. Of the 46 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 34 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.

Of these, 43 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 25 projects by national NGOs and four projects by UN agencies. Of the 47 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 35 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.

Of these, 46 projects are being implemented by international NGOs, 26 projects by national NGOs and four projects by UN agencies. Of the 50 projects implemented by INGOs or the UN, 37 are being implemented in partnership with NNGOs.
